President Halford stated SENATE BILL NO. 195 "An Act extending                 
the termination date of the State Physical Therapy and Occupational            
Therapy Board; and providing for an effective date" would have an              
additional referral to the Health, Education and Social Services               
Committee.                                                                     
                                                                               
SENATE BILL NO. 195 was taken from the Rules Committee and                     
referred to the Health, Education and Social Services Committee.

Senator Rieger, Chair, moved and asked unanimous consent that                  
Uniform Rule 23 be waived on SENATE BILL NO. 195 "An Act                       
extending the termination date of the State Physical Therapy and               
Occupational Therapy Board; and providing for an effective date" for           
the Health, Education and Social Services Committee meeting on                 
April 11.  Without objection, it was so ordered.
